Our website and app may also receive technical information, such as device and usage information and cookies, through Wix and the services that operate the site and app. Payment and transaction information is processed through the checkout and payment services used for your purchase.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use information to serve you, create and maintain your scent profile, remember your mixes and preferred notes, fulfill orders and memberships, arrange bookings, respond to questions, and provide gifts or offers you request. If you choose to receive promotional messages or give us your birthday for that purpose, we may send relevant coupons, discounts and birthday gifts. We also use information to operate and protect the site and app and meet applicable obligations. We do not use a customer's information to harm, penalize or discriminate against them.

SHARING
Taj Essentials does not sell customer personal information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing. Wix and necessary service providers, such as checkout, payment and communications providers, may process information only as needed to operate our website and app and deliver the services you use. You can choose what scent preferences or birthday information to share. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails or messages using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we maintain about you, including a saved scent profile. We will respond subject to any records we must retain for transactions or legal obligations.

STORAGE AND SECURITY
We keep information for as long as needed to provide your account and services, maintain records required for transactions or law, and resolve requests. We use our Wix platform and service providers to store and process information, and take reasonable steps to protect it. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Cookies and similar tools may be used to keep the site and app working and understand their use; third-party services may have their own privacy practices.
