Made it once and loved it? Run It Back! Bring us a fragrance blend you previously created at Taj Essentials, and a fragrance mixologist will remake it using the same recorded oils and formula. $3 covers your first returning mix. You may add up to three more mixes during the same appointment. Each additional mix is $3 and adds five minutes, for a maximum of four mixes. Fragrance oils are purchased separately according to the current retail price of your selected bottle sizes. Returning with a clean, intact and visibly sanitary Taj Essentials bottle? Receive a $1 refill discount on each eligible paid bottle we reuse. Taj Essentials reserves the right to decline any bottle that appears dirty, damaged or unsafe to refill. Lil’ Mixers can Run It Back too. The returning blend can be recreated, but the new fragrance oil must be purchased at the current retail price. This experience recreates a blend you already love. Formula changes or new creations require Blend It Your Way. Your blend deserves an encore.
Cancellation Policy
Run It Back is available for fragrance blends previously created through an eligible Taj Essentials service. The original formula must be recorded by Taj Essentials or confirmed through the original ingredient combination. Bring the remaining blend, its saved blend name or any formula information provided during the original experience. $3 covers the first returning mix. Up to three additional mixes may be added for $3 each and five additional minutes each, with a maximum of four mixes per appointment. Remixing fees cover the recreation service only. Fragrance oils are purchased separately at current retail prices, and remixing fees are not applied toward those purchases. Appointments may be booked between 5 minutes and 14 days in advance. Run It Back recreates the original formula. Changes, substitutions, additional notes or fragrance redevelopment require Blend It Your Way. A $1 refill discount applies to each eligible paid Taj Essentials bottle reused. Bottles must be clean, intact, visibly sanitary and suitable for refilling. Taj Essentials may decline bottles that appear dirty, damaged, leaking, contaminated or unsafe. The discount does not apply to bottles received free through bundle pricing, promotions, rewards or complimentary offers. Lil’ Mixers fragrances may be recreated, but the complimentary program does not cover replacement or refill oils. A parent or legal guardian must purchase the new fragrance at the current retail price. Recreation depends on ingredient availability. Once oils are combined, the fragrance must be purchased. Custom fragrances cannot be returned, exchanged or remade because of scent preference. If Taj Essentials makes a preparation error, we will make it right.
